Welcome to Jacks Golf Lounge, a golf sports bar where you can enjoy simulated golf experiences, drinks, and food in a comfortable and fun environment. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services, including any golf simulators, food, drink, and other facilities provided at our location.

By using the services of Jacks Golf Lounge, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

• We provide golf simulator experiences, food, beverages, and related services at our premises located at

• Golf simulator reservations must be made in advance, either through our website, or by calling our location.
• A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation, and payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival.
• Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of the full rental amount.

• Golf simulators are available for use during your reserved time slot. You are responsible for ensuring you and your party are ready to start on time.
• You must comply with all safety instructions provided by staff or on the simulator screens during use.
• You agree to use the simulator in a safe and responsible manner, and you understand that misuse of equipment may lead to loss of access or additional charges.
• You are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by your actions, whether intentional or accidental, and you will be required to pay for the repair or replacement of damaged items.

• Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, but you must be over 18 years of age to consume alcohol. Proof of age may be requested.
• Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or engages in disruptive behavior.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises, except where allowed by law (e.g., for medical purposes). Or agreed by management.

• We expect all guests to behave respectfully toward other patrons, staff, and property.
• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, theft, or vandalism, will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• If you engage in any unlawful activity, you will be subject to removal and possible legal action.

• Golf simulators are suitable for individuals of all ages; however, minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the simulators.
• You must be 18 or older to consume alcohol at the bar. Proof of age may be required.

• By using our services, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with using golf simulators, including the potential for injury. 
• You assume full responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests while using our facilities.
• Jacks Golf Lounge and its employees are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered while on our premises, except where required by law.
• We encourage you to report any safety hazards or concerns to staff immediately.

• By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information. This may include details such as your name, contact information, booking details, and payment history.
